This policy explains how Perdura collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit perdura.cloud or contact us. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to run this website securely.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
- Contact / quote form: your name, work email, and (optionally) company, approximate SAP HANA memory, tier of interest, and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to send you a confirmation.
- Technical data: our content-delivery and hosting providers automatically process request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
3. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), when you ask for a quote or demo.
- Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Cookies and analytics
This website currently sets no cookies and usesno analytics or tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Who processes your data (sub-processors)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, CDN, and the form-handling function. Primary hosting is in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1); the CloudFront CDN operates globally.
- Zoho — delivery of enquiry and confirmation emails.
- Sanity — content management. It does not receive personal data submitted by site visitors.
6. International transfers
Primary hosting is in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period[retention period, e.g. 24 months — to be confirmed], after which they are deleted.
8. Your rights
